  2. Determine how much processing function of the brain has been restored and start planning on what gaps need to be filled with the technology.
  3. Setup for the maintenance schedule: every 4 months, if possible, minimum 6 months then annual retesting to include air and speech
  4. Each program is designed for the patient’s individual needs: Flexibility is key for success!

Ongoing Maintenance visits and annual restests: THE ESSENTIAL ONGOING RELATIONSHIP AND SERVICING\

  1. Scheduled checkups every 4 to 6 months minimum. Essential to address issues before the patient has a problem.
  2. Annual retests so programming of hearing devices keeps up with what is happening with patients hearing.
  3. Process of rehabilitation continues over the years of service. Any time our specialists see an opportunity to regain more processing power in the patient’s brain and depend less on technology, we want to do it. Every little bit helps!
